Adding Single-AZ or Multi-AZ field to the RDS Resource Inventory

Adding the availability zone details in a column of Resource Inventory would give the customer a detailed view on the RDS.

Add CPU count and memory metrics to go along with instance types.

Withe the instance type information, adding a CPU count and total memory should be a easy metric addition that maps to the instance types. CPU count would be very helpful for licensing requirements.

Customer is wondering on a setup with multiple LDAP servers, could we have a redundancy scheme whereas if an LDAP server fails, another on the list would take over.

Enhancing Maintenance mode bug

When someone puts 1 device into maintenance mode it only shows the first 6 digits of the device name. However, many clients have similar long naming conventions and you canno't differentiate between devices with the same 6 digit prefix.

Additional sanitization for Webhooks

Certain SevOne json payloads are affecting service now webhooks and can't be parsed properly if they contain special characters (such as : ). Request to further sanitize our webhook payloads in a more compatable format that service now can accept.

SAML Login to disabled account

With users disabled on NMS it forces MFA/SSO which works currently. However, the customer found out while deploying DI that DI fails with users disabled on the NMS.
