Link to report from the recommendation details for AWS RDS

AWS RDS is missing a link to the report where it goes into detail which resources would benefit from the reservation. The other services from AWS have this feature.

Change units in downloaded csv file with recommendations

The units appear in KB and the client requests GB. It is a much more manageable and realistic unit given the current sizes.

Data extracts do not contain account name. No way to subscribe to expirations based on account name. would be helpful to have this data available so its easier to manage.

Request to include VirtIO drivers in the OVA

When targetting Nutanix, VirtIO drivers are needed. By including the drivers, the OVA will be ready and SREs do not need to worry about maintaining the driver versions.
