Dashboards: Add the setting to Hide Empty Lanes for list widgets

It's only possible to hide empty lanes if you open the full screen version of the view. It would be useful to have this setting controlled on the widget level.

Customer configurable ticker / banner that can be displayed to inform users of service / known issues

In the event for example that an issue is discovered with a gap in data, or an anomoly, it would be useful for us to have the capability to type a message that would be displayed as a banner / ticker when customers logon.

Default currency setting per user

As a user I would like to choose my default currency instead of just having a certain administrator set a default value for the entire organization so that I can see my costs in my currency in all Cloudability modules, not just in Apptio Bi.

Ability to pull usage metrics from Cloudability into TBM Studio
