    Provide reporting visibility for deleted resources in Cloudability.

    Once a resource is deleted, Cloudability no longer shows it in active data, making it difficult to confirm optimization actions. A report showing resource lifecycle (active → stopped → deleted) would give teams confidence that commitments were met.

    Enable automatic ROI ticket creation for all unattached disks.

    Current policy only creates tickets when recommendations are “terminate” or “right‑size.” we want a direct filter for “unattached” state so tickets are generated for every unattached resource, regardless of savings threshold.
