(Public) Support for gMSA accounts in IWS. Allow IWS to use gMSA accounts to execute jobs

(Public) gMSA for service accounts offer additional security and will not require manual updating of passwords. IWS currently requires standard user accounts (the Microsoft definition) to execute jobs, and not gMSA or sSMA accounts.
