Ability to specify OS Type in ITNCM

ITNCM is based upon the concept of distinguishing between devices using Vendor/Type/Model/OS, however, this does not sufficiently take into account that there can be different OS Types.

Support Azure Databases beyond MS SQL

Today Turbonomic only support DBaaS for Azure, workloads with DB Engine MS SQL Server. Customer have Postgres, MySQL and MariaDB too. My customer for instance has more than 50% of databases Postgres.
