Option to select Effective costs in the RightSizing Explorer page

The rest of the pages have the option to show effective costs but not the landing page which only shows on-demand

Device Groups in the Metadata widget: If the source group has child groups, have an option to list only the child groups. Allow for a regex pattern to filter the device groups within the selected Parent.

It would allow the widget to display device groups that were dynamically added. It would allow more control over which groups get displayed.
