Allow for managing VM-to-VM anti/affinity rules directly in Turbonomic

As a user I would like the ability to create/modify/delete VM-to-VM affinity/anti-affinity placement policies, so that I do not have to create/modify/delete these rules in vCenter.

Can't use REGEX in ACCOUNT as a filter when creating Virtual Machine and Volume groups

You can't use REGEX in ACCOUNT filter when creating Virtual Machine group. Customers have hundreds of accounts and need to roll one by one clicking. This slow down the management process and lead to human errors.

The customer would like the ability to create an "Actions" widget in their dashboard to showcase the action executed for a particular business unit. We created groups for these business units in Turbo based on customer tags but that scope is not supported in the "Actions" widget

Being able to showcase actions executed on the basis of a business group would allow for more friendly competition within departments to get a "better turbo score" and track their individual teams progress.

Dolar and local currency
