Java Tracing support for Spring Boot version 2.7.x

Currently, the db tracing breaks for spring-boot services with version 2.7.X. Calls against a MongoDB are not captured by Instana.

Release markers on Custom Dashboards

Anomaly - Filter on Account and/or Service
