Plan results shall include all commodities (e.g. IOPS) relevant for the resulting sizing

configure RBAC on dashboards so that groups of people can edit/manage/view

The RBAC model isn't very mature, and if someone is an owner of a dashboard, only they can edit it. what happens if a change is needed when someone is away?Being able to group dashboards would also help with usability

Support for Azure App Service Reserved Instances
