WAS/JBoss heap size alerting

We would like the ability to have events, so that we can alert, on the heap size of both Websphere and JBOSS JVM's so that we can be alerted if the size approaches the maximum amount.

Support for getting Logs through API

In Instana we are able to get all data from the API but the logs. We need to expose an API to extract logs. This would also help to extend retention of logs outside Instana.
