Grafana Data Source Alert Management

Using the Grafana data source for Instana does not allow creating alerts. It would be really useful to be able to manage alerts from Grafana where we already have dashboards with built-in metrics and custom metrics (ie: StatsD).

ITP to CT - Publish to a specific month

When users are able to publish to a current month in ITP, there is no need for a DL's process to copy the published data from January of the current year to the current month of the current year to maintain actuals.
