Add TADDM support to discover RHEL version 9.2 targets

The GA Release for RHEL 9.2 was May 2023. We are already doing the preparation to deploy it in our environment, and we need to qualify TADDM discovery on RHEL 9.2 targets.

In NetFlow, there is an option to disable this. Uncheck "Create Ingress/Egress Records when not available". I don't see the same option for sFlow.
