Improve Right Sizing ROI policy to filter out different types (e.g. ignore EBS gp2/sc1 recommendations)

Currently seeing lot's of recommendations to change EBS to GP2. AWS is strongly recommending moving GP2 to GP3 so it's bizarre to recommend the reverse. Want to alter the policy to ignore such options, or only show GP3.

Increase the granularity of DynamoDB metrics to support hourly basis analysis

When looking at the utilization of resources it is useful to know what applications are running against that infrastructure. Including the K8s labels in the data would be helpful in assessing the use of the resources.

Views - Allow by Seller

Current View options only allows by Vendor, which restricts us from filtering out AWS Marketplace. If we could create a View by Seller, this would remove Marketplace purchases
