DWC All Preds Option

For Dynamic Workload Console (DWC), would like to have an ALL PREDS option. Like in the ispf IWS panels, under a job/operation, option 9 is ALL PREDS option. The only option under DWC is impact view but it can be hard to read.

Create a new editable column on DWC (E.g. Monitor Job/ Jobstream) where operators and users are able to edit and put notes for each job. Today similar functionally exists on TWS/z, field "Operation Text" where it can be informed some description.
