Support Azure Databases beyond MS SQL

Today Turbonomic only support DBaaS for Azure, workloads with DB Engine MS SQL Server. Customer have Postgres, MySQL and MariaDB too. My customer for instance has more than 50% of databases Postgres.

When an alert is fired, we never know its source. Would be great to have in the Alert itself an information of where it's coming from (smart alert, builtin, custom event, etc.)
