Expansions of Infrastructure Smart Alerts

Decouple the smart alert title with the subject of the resulting email. Currently with the title and subject line being the same, the display for smart alerts shows the placeholders which have no real meaning in the context of smart alert listings.

At ALSAC we make extensive use of NetBrain to monitor our Network. It would be great if we could bring that data into Instana to add additional context to incidents.
