Adjustable lookback period for rightsizing recommendations is required.

Currently only 2 options for lookback period are available: 1. 10 day 2. 30 day I want lookback period to be adjustable up to 90 days, as 90 days sufficiently account for the seasonality in workload utilisation.

The instana agent should support running on jdk version 11+

From Instana's doc, jdk 11 is required to run the instana agent. Instana agent should be able to run on jdk 11+, e.g. the latest jdk version, as cusotmers will have policy to update all of their jdk versions in their IT environment.
