    445 Calendar - "Other" expenses, spread per calendar days instead of evenly spread

    Using a FisCal setup with 445 weeks per quarter, one would expect that spreading of amounts entered in a quarter is spread by 4-4-5 weeks in P(1-3) instead of evenly between the 3 periods.

    Entity errors should say more or link to Change History records

    When an entity shows an error in the Status page, then the user should be able to click on that and have it either show them more about the error, or link to the relevant record in the Change History so they can get to the error details easily.
