AWS Fargate agent for PHP Fargate Collector

Instana currently supports following Fargate Collectors https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=agents-aws-fargate-agent. It would be nice if you can also add support for PHP language.

Have the option to set the time period in which the alert or event should be executed (as an idea perhaps it is the opposite of maintenance windows)
