I got this assessment from Oneil Richardson, Instana Support manager.
This to me was more of an IBM Customer Portal question rather than an A-Ha specific to Instana and the customer should be directed to the ibm/support portal team rather than trying to address via an A-Ha directly to Instana.
The text of the request is as follows:
“Uploaded files into IBM support system must be visible and downloadable to corresponding customers. It will help IBM support and customers to refer to same document and avoid any confusion.”
1. We already can copy files from customers from one ticket to another in Ecurep
2. If the customer would like to (or have other contacts on their side) see data they have the ability to do this in the Customer Support Portal from their side. The case owner /Support administrator on their side can grant such rights
Basing on this assessment I'm going to close this idea and if anything else is needed, please refer to Support team as indicated above.
