Support logical groups of resources to allow actions to be sequenced

Add support for “Logical group names” function that Park My Cloud had. logically group resources together that allow me to then sequence the order that groups of resources are stopped and started.

Search in Event viewer under 'IBM_Cloud_Analytics' doesn't search for the element if within correlated group
