Warning Message for +5m rows in cldy_monthly_aws and cldy_monthly_azure

Hi,

It would be great to include a warning message for big cloud bill loads into A1, to advise things to check to slim down this dataset. So for example:

Resource Level information should not be included
Usage Date should not be included
Item Description should not be included

No hard limits should be put in place - but clients would appreciate some commentary on which columns should be reviewed in the Connector.

    This capability was release in R12.10.8 on 14 Apr 2023.

    Limiter Configurations - Parsed Table Rows and Columns: Two new limiter guardrails related to table uploads are now active. One analyses the maximum number of rows and the other analyses the maximum number of columns that are allowed in a table. Oversized tables can cause server instability when calculated. A warning threshold will notify the administrator via Configuration Recommendations at 40M rows and if the final threshold of 50M rows is reached, the table content will become unavailable. To resolve the parsed table rows or columns cancellation or warning, reduce the tables rows and/or columns.

    Additional functionality is under consideration where we might have more specific limiters.
