Feature needed to hold off a refresh of Editable Table report when calc gets finished ADIA

Currently, when calc gets finished, the Editable Table reports get refreshed and the user loses out on any work that may not be saved.
This also causes frustration as the report reverts back to the saved state, hence user needs to apply filters and slices again.We need a feature to either have the option to stop the refreshes from happening automatically and the report can be refreshed after the save button is clicked.
Or
A popup that will let the user know that the report needs to be refreshed and they need to save the work before it gets refreshed.
