This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

There is no way to find the configuration of previous versions of tables / reports (and other items that have configuration that can be changed)
Also I cannot find what has changed between different check-ins. I could not revert to a previous check-in. If I check something out I can't even tell if it has been changed or what has changed.
With a report it's going to be near impossible to say what's changed so I would just expect to be able to retrieve (for example, check-out) an earlier version.
For a table I would expect to see exactly what has changed between two checked-in versions or between my checked-out copy and the current staging copy.
Most systems have had this sort of ability for decades. An "audit trail" or "change log".
It is not good enough to know that a table, for example, has changed. What has changed?
Monitoring for broader interest.
NOTE: There is a Performance Review component that includes a report with versioning data for tables/transforms. One limitation is that it does not show versions for modeled objects.
