We update Labor allocation rule as per the financial year, depending on the changes, so is it possible to make an implement similar to what we have out FX rate updation.

The reason for this request is that whenever new labour allocation data is updated and the corresponding structure becomes available in the reference data, a new labour reference is also created for updates. As a result, when I update only the hierarchy structure in an existing plan (for example, a 2026 plan), the latest labour allocation rules are automatically applied as well, which can unintentionally change the numbers in the plan.

If the labour allocation rules are populated based on the effective date, these updates would not impact historical plans or reference data updates. This would allow us to maintain the integrity of existing plans while still applying new labour allocation rules prospectively.

Could you please have a look at this and let me know if you need any additional information or clarification?
