Cloudability's Rightsizing ROI integration with ServiceNow does indeed support the required fields in the ServiceNow data model. ServiceNow has two methods to enforce required fields
1. at the Data level (which Cloudability Supports)
2. In the UI form to create an issue/ticket (which is specific to the UI and is not supported by Cloudability)
Is this RFE focused on the UI enforced fields? or something else?
