Ability to view API keys deletion event via the "domain/usermgmt/" API endopoint

The current usermgmt endpoint returns various API lifecycle events, including USER_RESET_PASSWORD, USER_CHANGE_PASSWORD and API_KEY_CREATE. However, that endpoint does not provide any information about deleted API keys.

Example of current request that could return API key deletion events:

https://frontdoor-ui.apptio.com/frontdoor/api/ui/api/v3/audit/domain/usermgmt/<DOMAIN>?\
locale=en_US\
&startIndex=0\
&startDate=1762626600000\
&endDate=1765304999999\
&exclusions=USER_ACTIVATE,USER_CHANGE_ACCOUNT_TYPE,\
USER_CHANGE_PASSWORD,USER_CREATE,USER_DEACTIVATE,\
USER_DELETE,API_KEY_PAIR_CREATE,USER_LOCK,\
USER_RESET_PASSWORD_REQUEST,\
USER_RESET_PASSWORD,SSO_USER_CREATE,USER_UNLOCK,USER_UPDATE\
&pageSize=100\
&timeout=180000

Considering adding a new entry for API key deletion events (for instance, API_KEY_DELETE and/or API_KEY_REVOKE with similar payload as the API_KEY_CREATE event (to include the requestor and the target account). This would improve security and governance operations for Cloudability/Frontdoor.
