Our company is wanting to see potential savings by spinning down resources during off hours but are currently restricted as Cloudability only supports the day of week for time period and not hours for GCP data (GCP billing data has usage_start and usage_stop fields). It would great if Apptio could allow for more granualr usage tracking so we can see which resources can be spun down during non-business hours and what times they need to be spun back up. It would also be great if Apptio could create a way to propose resources to spin down and allow the company to track the savings as a result of those initiatives similar to Rightsizing ROI.

Hello, as an aside, I would also recommend checking out our other products such as Turbonomic and Cloudability Savings Automation (CSA) as these may better cover your use cases such as scaling down on weekends, seasonality, etc.
