Rightsizing ROI- Allow businesses to define custom resolutions when "Wont Do" is selected in Rightsizing ROI tickets.

As a FinOps practitioner at a large company, I need to be able to itemize missed optimization opportunities. Currently, the comment field offered in the Rightsizing ROI is a free form only field, and the field is not exported when you export the rightsizing csv. This alone makes it very time consuming to review comments left on ROI tickets to determine why savings opportunities are not being taken.

As such, we would like to propose that Cloudability Admins are able to define root cause fields within the rightsizing preferences or rightsizing policies that would allow us to set 4 organization defined root causes to be used when the resolution selected is "Won't do". This would enable us to assess validity of the offered recommendations as it relates to the particular application requirements, and to have a better understanding of why teams are not adopting FinOps best practices. The resolution status is an exportable field within the csv export, and would allow us to easily itemize missed opportunities to review with operational teams.
