Expose Rightsizing Recommendation data as a native data source within Cloudability Dashboards and Reports. Merged

Syngenta uses Cloudability recommendations as part of its FinOps optimization process across multiple business functions and application teams.

Today, recommendations are available within the Rightsizing module, but the FinOps team cannot easily create stakeholder-specific dashboards and reports that can be shared with individual business functions. As a result, the team currently relies on Apptio BI as a workaround to build recommendation dashboards and communicate optimization opportunities internally.

The request is to make Rightsizing Recommendation data available as a native data source within Cloudability Dashboards and Reports.

This would allow the FinOps team to:

1. Create dedicated rightsizing dashboards for individual business functions and application teams.
2. Present only the recommendations relevant to a specific team, account group, application, or business area.
3. Combine recommendation data with business context such as Business Mapping, Managed Groups, and Account Groups.
4. Publish and share stakeholder-specific dashboards rather than manually exporting recommendation data.
5. Build optimization reporting that aligns with internal FinOps processes and business ownership structures.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if the Rightsizing data source could provide analysis based on last 10 days and 30 days as well in Native sashboards or reports.

The goal is not to modify the Rightsizing module itself, but to expose the underlying recommendation dataset within Native Dashboards and Reports so customers can create targeted recommendation reporting and distribute it directly to business stakeholders.
