Add GCP Reserved Instance Portfolio Visibility & Optimization Recommendations

Recommendation:

Cloudability provides strong Reserved Instance and Savings Plan visibility for AWS and Azure, but similar capabilities for GCP commitments are limited. We would like Cloudability to provide a dedicated GCP Reserved Instance/Commitment portfolio view that includes current commitments, utilization, coverage, expiration timelines, underutilized commitments, and actionable purchase recommendations. This would enable FinOps teams to proactively manage GCP commitments, improve commitment coverage, reduce waste, and make data-driven reservation purchasing decisions directly within Cloudability without relying on external GCP reporting tools.

Business Value: A centralized GCP commitment management experience would improve cost optimization, increase visibility into commitment effectiveness, and bring parity with the optimization capabilities available for AWS and Azure workloads. This aligns with Cloudability's goal of providing a single pane of glass for multi-cloud FinOps management.

Cloudability already positions reserved instance recommendations as a key optimization capability, and extending those insights to GCP commitments would significantly enhance multi-cloud FinOps operations.
