Kubecost Integration with JIRA for Automated Ticket Creation

It would be valuable to have a native integration between Kubecost and JIRA that allows JIRA tickets to be automatically created from Kubecost recommendations.

This capability would help teams operationalize cost optimization recommendations by automatically creating actionable tickets for the appropriate teams, reducing manual effort and improving the tracking of recommendations through to completion.

Ideally, the integration would allow users to configure which types of Kubecost recommendations should generate JIRA tickets and include relevant details such as the recommendation, affected workload/resource, estimated savings, and recommended actions.
