Making "Your Month so Far" report more realistic in Current Month tab (Budget & Forecasting)

At the beginning of each month, the Estimated Monthly Cost and the % difference compared to last month often show unrealistically positive downward trend. However, as the days progress, the trend usually shifts and the numbers get worse. This early optimism makes it harder to rely on the forecast for planning. I understand that the system uses trailing 12-month actual spending data to generate forecasts and that early-month projections can be less precise because billing data is typically incomplete in the first few days. Is there a possibility of making the early-month projections more realistic? For example, would it be possible to factor in usage ramp-up or historical intra-month spend patterns or some standard cloud charges?
