Officially support iCAM agent playbooks to AIX 6.1 and AIX 7.x

Based on discussions with Brenda Christopher and Keyuri Patel, the following iCAM playbooks exist and currently only officially support xLinux endpoints:

  • Uninstall ICAM Agent

  • Install ICAM Agent (Copy the image from ansible host, untar it, install it)

  • Upgrade ICAM Agent

  • Apply Hotfix/Patches to the Agent

  • Generate and retrieve pdcollect from all the agents

  • Push/Copy files from central location to all the agents

As noted by Keyuri, testing has been done though, against AIX 6.1 and AIX 7.x endpoints. This request is to officially claim support for AIX 6.1 and AIX 7.x endpoints for the above listed iCAM agent playbooks.

Met with Cesar Araujo on 05/04/2020. He clarified that the "Push/Copy files from central location to all the agents" playbook in the request list should say "Push/Copy files from central location to all the agents in the inventory". Also, for clarity, Linux on Power should also be a supported endpoint.
