Installing from OpenShift Registry

Commonly the cloud paks require a big space on HDD (tar.gz files, the uncompress process, the load into the local docker registry, Why not try to load the same file (tar.gz) into the openshift registry? and from this point launch the installer (including the complete route of the registry e.g. docker run -t --net=host -e LICENSE=accept -v $(pwd):/installer/cluster:z -v /var/run:/var/run:z -v /etc/docker:/etc/docker:z --security-opt label:disable <registry_route>/ibmcom/mcm-inception-amd64:3.2.3 install-with-openshift). Actually if you try run this command, the installer try to take all the images from the docker local registry. This is an opportunity about 4.5 M at risk, close date 06-30-2020 (N4-DEA5JU3)

When we deliver our new operator based install with air gap support this problem will be mitigated. There will still be some level of storage and network requirements for handling the storage and transfer of the airgap archive, but it should be much smaller.
