Solve cookie caching problem that impacts application monitoring

Since the inception of the BOD we have consistently seen problems with some of the embedded UIs, especially ICAM, because their cookie lifecycles are not aligned with the parent MCM UI. This means users will sometimes get prompted for a login when trying to navigate to ICAM screens from a long-idle browser. We have also seen issues where cookies from one hub cluster's ICAM UI aren't cleared out when logging into a new hub cluster. This can result in empty ICAM screens or authorization errors when trying to navigate to the new hub cluster's ICAM.
