Use the same Channel/Subscription model for apps running in VM-based infra too

MCM and the coming RH ACM are both container friendly solutions, which bring in a unified and simplified Channel/Subscription model to deploy and manage applications within managed Kubernetes clusters across cloud providers.

But the vision of CP4MCM is to target the overall hybrid multicloud env, instead of just Kubernetes. So this model should apply to VM-based infra too which can bring in significant value for customers for a real hybrid multicloud solution for apps.
