Access to Maintenance Mode via API

As of now in IBM Watson, we don't an option to access Maintenance Window via API.. its accessible only via the DASH console so we need an option to access Maintenance Mode via API to invoke it in the script.

    BOARD COMMENTS:

    1) Is this request for CP4MCM Product or CP4AIOPS Product ?

    2) If it is for CP4MCM, the product is in maintenance mode and no new development is happening.

    3) If it is for CP4AIOPS, you need to open this Idea in Cp4AIOps portal (database) and provide more detailed information on what the actual problem or ask is.
