Add basic monitoring capabilities for IEAM services on edge devices

In case of problems with the applications/services on the edge devices (deadlocks or malfunctions), IEAM is not able to detect the issue or restart the service if the docker container is up and running. This is a big issue for administrators of the environment, as they have full confidence that the IEAM services are running properly when in reality they might not be working as expected. In Edge clusters one can take advantage of k8s liveness probes or any other workaround, but this is a particular complicated approach for thousands of edge devices. The IEAM agent should be able to perform a very basic monitoring of the app (via curl or API rest calls) and report the status back to the IEAM console.

I would say, same idea as the liveness monitor that openshift has.
