Custom events - Possibility to set up only during certain period of time

Hi,

Nowadays there is not any possibility to create a custom event that could trigger an event only during time frame wished.

Use case is clear. Imagine an integration that is only receiving calls during business hours. We could want to monitor if that integration is not receiving information only during that specific hours meaning something is broken in the end to end process. Right now this is not possible and the event will raise all the time oustide business hours as well.

    With more granular RBAC controls in place for Smart Alerts, such limitations in Custom Event creation are no longer considered for our roadmap.

    Hello,

    Could you please provide some comment about the Status: Future consideration?. I guess this is a clear feature that needs to be developed. For some of our applications/integrations we need only to be informed during business hours so there should be some tab where we can select time start/end for the event created.
