Support for Instana agent in AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) & Azure ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift)

Two major customers wants to monitor CP4I components (API Connect, MQ, ACE, etc.) with Instana, which is supported.
CP4I is installed on managed OpenShift in AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) and Azure ARO ((Azure Red Hat OpenShift).
The Instana agent can be installed in ROSA or ARO, but it's currently not supported.

Customers urgently needs support for Instana agent in ROSA and ARO!

Also note that CP4I is supported in ROSA and ARO, and since Instana is promoted as monitoring solution for CP4I its not good that Instana is not supported
in ROSA nor ARO!

    This is in technical validation. Official support will be announced once validation and adoption is finished. Target is Q3/Q4 2023.
