Add support for AWS Kinesis Firehose(KFH) log integration Merged

Recently, our customer in the automotive industry is considering using AWS CloudWatch metric streams (Kinesis Firehose integration) to collect logs instead of installing an APM agent.

The customer is comparing Datadog and Splunk and will be checking Datadog and Splunk primarily in August and September and will try Instana around October based on what Instana can do at that time.

Instana has not yet caught up with competitors in terms of the features that customers need. For example, Datadog can integrate Fluentd logs on EC2 with HTTPS. Also, Datadog and Splunk can be integrated directly from AWS KFH, but Instana cannot yet.

In addition to these two competitors, Dynatrace, New Relic,Sumo Logic also have implemented this feature, and it is considered fairly generic for AWS integration. 

So, if we do not develop this feature, it is likely that our proposal to AWS users will be disadvantageous in the future.

Therefore, we would like to add AWS Kinesis Firehose log integration to the roadmap and ask that this feature can be tested as soon as possible.

As for a sense of schedule, we plan to conduct the PoC in October, then close this business in December (23 4Q).
