This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi @Guest , I'd like to follow-up here!
As a side note, we're looking into making metrics available at the respective objects level but we don't have an ETA on this yet. In the meantime, you should be able to achieve your use case by grouping by the entity you are interested in. I'll close this out, but will keep you updated on the entity level metric creation we're looking into.
Hi @Guest ! Nice to e-meet you. I'm Jayanth, the PM for Kubernetes at Instana. You should be able to do this with a custom dashboard widget. You'd select Container CPU Usage and then group by Deployment. The same can be done for daemonset. This can also be partially done for service based on UID.
Would this help solve your use case?
is that snapshot from event creation? or other
Refer the shared attachment and it does not include any metric to include CPU and Memory usage of a K8's Deployment and Services etc..
