Latency Alerts in http requests in Mobile Apps perpective

We believe that adding latency alerts in Instana's mobile app dashboard would significantly enhance our monitoring capabilities. Currently, while we can observe the latency of Android app calls, we are unable to create smart alerts based on this metric. This feature would allow us to proactively address performance degradation, particularly on critical pages like our doorpage, by notifying us as soon as latency exceeds predefined thresholds. Implementing latency alerts would help ensure a smoother user experience, reduce downtime, and allow for faster resolution of performance issues, ultimately improving the reliability and responsiveness of our application.
