Custom Dashboard editing permission based on groups

Permission for team members based on user groups for editing custom dashboards.
Business Use Case
Customer have teams working 24x7 and in case if an on-shift person wants to edit the dashboards they need to explicitly grant permission to edit.
They would like to have capability to create team members group in which they can grant permissions to edit custom dashboards.

    Sharing private custom dashboards with all team members is possible starting with release 301 by adding a Team association "tag" to the custom dashboard.

    No need to make the dashboard public or individually invite editor. Team members will see and be editors of all Team associated custom dashboards when interacting in the given Team scope.

    Enabling group or team level collaboration and adding access granularity between private and public dashboards is on our roadmap for the next 6-9 months
