Incorrect Call Tracing in Instana with Oracle Service Bus

We are using Instana to monitor our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Their Oracle Service Bus (OSB) plays a central role in handling both internal and external service communications. However, they have observed an issue in the Instana Analysis Dashboard: unrelated service calls are being grouped and shown as a single trace or thread, even though these calls are not connected in any way. This misrepresentation is confusing and makes it challenging to analyze the actual communication flow between services.

    Thank you for submitting this idea. We have reviewed the scenario you described regarding Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).

    Currently, Instana does not provide out-of-the-box support for proprietary software like Oracle EBS/OSB and we had a call regarding this
