Add alerting condition / Request Impact "Total Calls in Alert Scope" to smart alerts

Using smart alerts in Instana, we are currently able to define the absolute number of requests Impacted within the alerting condition (time threshold). See attachment 01

It is however in most cases much more relevant to set up a threshold for a total number of calls (at least) within the time scope, since we consider it not necessary to alert in the night when the total amount of calls is very low.

The value is already recorded within the alert issue detail as "Total Calls in Alert Scope". See attachment 02. This parameter should be made available for use in configuring
