Ignore/ suppress / downtime function for events

Currently there is function called "Maintenance windows" https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability/current?topic=alerts-scheduling-maintenance-windows

This is lacking the functionality to prevent the events from showing up in the Events log or from "happening" in the User Interface at all. We are aware of the possiblity to ignore events with lucene query filters, but this is cumbersome. We are also

Requesting a possibility to suppress/ignore the events. It could be a separate function in addition to the Maintenance windows, which would list the Ignores.

It could also be achieved by eg selecting the event from the Events list and a button there for "supress this event for x time". The time frame should be modifiable for a long period too, eg year+ / indefinitely.

The suppressed events should be possible too see also if wanted. For that there could be a "show suppressed/ignored events" in the events list, but also a functionality for it in the separate "suppressed/ignored events" function.
