Add time shift comparison on a weekly base

Update: I've just seen this is already implented :)

Dear Instana Devs and POs,

We really like the newly introduced "Time Shift" feature of Instana. However, for our use cases, the options "Previous Timeframe" and "Yesterday" are often not sufficient.

We mainly have two use cases, which currently cannot be addressed by the Time Shift options:

1. Comparing the current time frame (e.g last 1h) with the the same our of last Monday/ Tuesday. Comparing it to yesterday often does not help, since different work days often lead different user behaviors.

2. Comparing the current time frame with a time frame, where a incident happend. If this incident was not yesterday or not in the last time frame, the comparison cannot be done.

We thought, a second time picker for the "Time Shift" would be quit useful. With this approach, we could cover all use cases.

Thanks and kind regards,
